Safety and compliance
A drone incident on your building becomes your problem as well as ours. We treat safety as the operating condition of the business, not as a value on a wall. Nothing flies until the risk assessment is signed off, and any pilot or safety officer on site can stop the flight.
What we hold today
Operator Permit
Pitch Perfect Systems holds a CAAS Unmanned Aircraft Operator Permit, no. CAAS/UOP/2026/0438. It is the company-level approval CAAS requires before any commercial drone work, and it covers our organisation, safety procedures, aircraft and pilots.
Licensed pilots
Every pilot holds a CAAS Unmanned Aircraft Pilot Licence, with currency maintained. Licence numbers available on request.
Activity permits
Applied for per operation, matched to the site, airspace and flight profile. We do not mobilise without them.

Insurance
Public liability cover of S$1 million, with certificate provided before mobilisation.
Privacy and data handling
Capture limited to the building envelope, with faces automatically blurred in the delivered imagery. Imagery stored on encrypted cloud storage, retained for 12 months, released only to the client.
If something goes wrong
Defined incident procedure: flight stopped, site secured, client informed the same day, written report within 3 working days.
