How we run a project
We are drone operators by trade, but a facade inspection is not only a flight. We hold the whole chain together (permits, capture, analysis, engineering endorsement) and bring in qualified specialists where the work requires them.
Clients come to us for an outcome. We coordinate Professional Engineers, facade specialists and rope-access teams from our network rather than handing the client a list of phone numbers.

Scope and site check
Our team1–2 daysSite visit, building measurement, access review, airspace and obstruction check, and confirmation of what the inspection has to satisfy.
Output: written scope and fixed quotation
Permits and approvals
Our team5–10 working daysActivity permit application, airspace clearance where required, building owner and management consent, resident notification drafted for the client to issue.
Output: approvals in hand before mobilisation
Flight and capture
Pilot + safety officer½–1 day on sitePre-flight briefing and risk assessment, exclusion zone set up, gridded capture of every elevation at consistent standoff and overlap.
Output: complete photographic record of the envelope
Processing and defect mapping
Our team3–5 working daysElevations stitched and orthorectified, defects identified, located against the elevation grid, classified and entered into the register.
Output: defect register and annotated elevations
Engineering review
Professional Engineer3–5 working daysA Professional Engineer from our network reviews the findings, determines whether closer inspection is needed, and endorses the report.
Output: PE endorsed inspection report
Submission and handover
Our team2 working daysDocumentation packaged for submission, rectification scope discussed, and source data archived and released to the client.
