Periodic Facade Inspection, roof and building envelope surveys, and high-level structural checks. Permits, capture, defect mapping and Professional Engineer endorsement are all inside the scope.
Facade inspection →Close-range visual inspection of bridges, towers, rooftops and plant, using the same capture and defect-mapping workflow as facade work, applied to assets that are hard or unsafe to reach.
Infrastructure inspection →2D orthomosaics, 3D models and point clouds, volumetric stockpile surveys, and monthly construction progress documentation.

All questions →Every 7 years. The regime applies to buildings taller than 13 metres that are more than 20 years old; landed houses and temporary buildings are exempt. The first inspection falls due in the building's 21st year, and the owner is notified by BCA.
The drone survey stage runs $900–2,000 for a typical residential block, against $6,000 and above for gondola or scaffold access. Height, footprint, number of elevations, airspace constraints and reporting depth move the figure.
Around 3 to 4 weeks from enquiry to endorsed report: 1–2 days to scope, 5–10 working days for permits, half a day to a day on site, 3–5 working days to process and map, then 3–5 working days for engineering review.
